I finished 3rd of the Sri Lankan Airlines Pro last week. It was good to surf in a contest with less pressure and I am happy about this result even if I wish I was in the final.

The wave of the contest was really fun and even if we didn’t get a lot of swell, we could see it has a great potential ! Apart from the surfing we enjoyed this new country a lot and met the local people, went to see elephants, visited temples and shopped in local markets.

Hopefully we will have the contest again next year !

3ÈME AU SRI LANKA

J’ai attends les demies-finales du Sri Lankan Airlines Pro la semaine dernière. Surfé en compétition avec moins de pression m’a réussi et je suis contente de mon résultat même si j’aurai voulu attendre la finale.

La vague de la compétition était vraiment bonne et, même si nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup de swell, nous pouvons deviner qu’elle a un gros potentiel ! En dehors du surf, j’ai beaucoup aimé ce pays et ai apprécié rencontrer les locaux accueillants, aller voir des éléphants, visiter des temples et faire des achats dans les marchés locaux !

J’espère que cet événement aura lieu de nouveau l’année prochaine !
